If I wanted a magazine with nothing but adds. I Can
watch T.V. Recipes are absolutely off the chart.
You really hire editors with down to earth articles.

Verified ReviewerThe November/December 2024 issue is highly disappointing.
Boring!! Not worth the honey.
Theres no welcome page from the Editor and its mostly full of one page tid bits and photos.
Theres one article about a family and a one pager about a celebrity. I felt like I was flicking through a companys advertising brochure!
User's recommendation: Hope for better in January 2025x

Verified ReviewerNot Happy with Offer that Required a Purchase
I received an email promoting the Good Housekeeping newsletter and it had a topic that I was interested in, so I decided to sign up for the newsletter. A short time later, I got an email/newsletter so I opened it.
What a scam! I created an account and then, when I signed in, the stories were blurred out because now I was required to 'Join', which involved an annual fee. If I wanted to read the Good Housekeeping magazine, I would order a subscription or purchase the magazine at the store! What is the purpose of a newsletter if you can't even open and read it?
I will not even purchase the magazine at the store now because they are obviously so money-hungry that they can't even allow a person to read a newsletter without paying. Goodbye, Bad Housekeeping!
- Great articles
- Too busy to read every month

I emailed a (copy) of the email THEY had emailed to ME, a year ago, stating my EXPERATION DATE on my renewed subscription. That was requested of me, as I'm assuming they didn't believe me. I have not received any reply!
ORDER SUMMARY

Expire Issue: Jan/Feb 2025
This means I have another year of subscription, expiring 2025.
I received an email stating otherwise. Please correct your mistake.
I called customer service, and the lady was talking over me. She finally said to email a copy of the email I had received (from them) showing the expiration date THEY had sent me.
Obviously, she DID NOT believe me! I sent the copy 2 days ago, and have not received any correspondence back.
Thank you.

Verified ReviewerProblems with product that has the good housekeeping seal.
I called the number you gave me, which I have called previously. I leave messages but no response.
Direct customer service phone numbers don’t work. Product I purchased has lifetime guarantee and Good Housekeeping Seal, and supposed to be backed by Good Housekeeping.
I have sent them 2 letters and photos of damage caused by product. I have had no response from either company.
The water has not been going in the gutters because of the design, and has caused sinkage around my house, my front steps, and my propane tank. I have lived at my house for 37 years and did not have this problem before. Can you help me, I have sent you pictures in the mail of the damage, but have had no response. Please contact me, phone #217-891-****.
Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Sharon Owens
