Not receiving magazines

My problem is with my GH subscription where I received one issue in May 3023, and never received any more. My intent was to speak with Good Housekeeping Customer Service by phone about my subscription problem.

I was unable for obtain a phone number, but doing my search I came across this “pissed off consumer” site to possibly get someone’s attention to get my problem resolved. I am sorry to say, this was a big mistake… I simply was ridiculed, and I had my explanation disregarded.

I have not received issues since my first copy of May 2023. I believe I called Good Housekeeping about this issue early on, and was assured that it would be taken care of. Please do not send me my missed issues, but credit my account and extend my subscription. Can you please send me a response. Thank you for your assistance.

Not getting issues

I wish I could give a zero!! Emailed about missing issues on Sat 10/23, no reply. Tried to live chat, unresponsive. Tried calling 2 customer service numbers today, could not be connected. I always assumed Good Housekeeping-Hearst magazines was above reproachWRONG!!

Digital magazine, cause me many problems. Even though I subscribed to it, it only gave me one article a month and repeated this process each and every month. Frankly, I am just tired of putting up with it and I wish to cancel Good Housekeeping. I didnt like the terminologies it said I had to sign to do so,Pretty bad PR .

I haven't not received the last 3 issues of your magazine. I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Also I sent a renew subscription to you as well. The only thing has change was the address which is 255 Edmond Rachal Road, Lena, La. 71447. My old address was 282 Edmond Rachal Road, Lena , La. I have call three separate times but was not resolved. I attempted to call your number but was not available. So what to do? No I wouldn't recommend your magazine. For future customers.

Defective 3cup rice cookers

There rice cookers were given as gifts-to three different people. Purchased from QVC. All three cookers do not work. We asked for them back to try them for ourselves. They do not work! Called QVC, they provided a return label, sent them back. More postage! Today they show up on our doorstep. Saying these cannot be returned. Contacted QVC. Sorry, the agent made a mistake, they cannot be returned. Asked for a customer service number for Good Housekeeping. Didnt have one. Google it. Do you know how many numbers you have listed that do work! We just want working rice cookers or a refund. Thats it! Does the Good House keeping name no longer mean Quality? Guess well find out!

User's recommendation: The Good Housekeeping Seal of approval no longer has merit. They had a great reputation for years, people relied on it. They won’t even answer an email! The rice cookers are in the trash. Money down the drain. But then, it’s not their dollars they need to be concerned with. I can vote with my dollars. I lost money with Good Housekeeping and QVC. Both my daughter and I are done shopping on QVC. It’s not millions of dollars, but it is thousands! If they cannot stand behind the products they sell, we are so done!

Won’t let me cancel gift to 2 friends .

I tried to cancel 2 gifts. I didnt know it was automaticly renewed. There was no place I could cancel them , I tried chat and that didnt help me either. I have bought Good Housing for many years . I am very disappointed with you and dont think I will renew it

Hairfree product scam

on page 87 of your Jan/Feb 2023 issue you recommended Hairfree so I bought 3 orders for a total of $128 thinking if your magazine lists it as something good it can be relied upon. Boy was i wrong. The products didn't work. I only used one package. the others are not used. in order to get a refund, I have to send it to HONG KONG which would cost just as much as the refunds. They were deceitful in their refund policy. All they said was that unused or partly used tubes could be returned for refund--NEVER mentioning it had to be sent to HONG KONG! They also didn't say until yesterday that i could only get a refund on one cause some people would order product, use it and then order more again and send both back so they would only refund one. Another deception, since i ordered them all at the same time and received them all at the same time and didn't have time to use and then reorder. I know you stand behind products you recommend and i was hoping you could help me resolve this.

I bought a mini cooker from qvc . In o t by dec i had to replace it . To only have to replace it again the lil button broke .im amputee so this lil pot is perfect to be right next to me . Im very disappointed i have to keep uying new one after 2 months . Im considered low income so its hard to keep doing this
